EAST TRENTON NEIGHBORHOOD - BROWNFIELDS AREA-WIDE PLAN

This Brownfields Area-Wide Plan (BF AWP) was created for a portion of the East Trenton Neighborhood (ETN). Within the project area, site-specific recommendations were developed for 12 brownfields located primarily along the Assunpink Creek, organized into three Strategic Brownfield Areas, and principally focused on two catalyst sites that have the greatest likelihood of development and impact in ETN. The AWP Study Area (245-acres) combines the ETN with the City of Trenton's Proposed Assunpink Greenway Park, a project that would connect the Downtown to ETN through a series of trails and reactivate underutilized land for recreation.
